2Follow the clues
by flipping your phone

The photo hunt for each pair of tickets starts with a clue and a codeword posted on our Instagram feed. The clue references another fan somewhere in the stands. Turn your phone sideways and scroll across the giant panoramic mosaic, then click to zoom in on the different photos to find the fan mentioned in the clue.


Once you've found who you're looking for, look in the caption for the next clue. Follow all the clues to the last photo, and be the first to comment with the codeword, and you could win the tickets. Now get photo hunting!



Crack the US Open ("Challenge") starts on 9/3/13 at 12:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends at 12:00 am ET on 9/5/13 ("Challenge Period"), or until the last pair of tickets have been awarded.

ELIGIBILITY: Challenge is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. Employees of Heineken USA ("Sponsor"), United States Tennis Association, and their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, each participant agrees to abide by these official rules ("Official Rules") and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Challenge.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Challenge Period, @Heineken_US will post seven (7) photos that include a riddle or clue designed to lead you to the next photo in the applicable series (each, a "Riddle Photo Series"). In order to participate, you must follow the photos in a specific Riddle Photo Series to the final photo, at which point you will enter the codeword in the comment field that was provided to you as part of the first riddle or clue. Each Riddle Photo Series will have its own separate and unique codeword. Data charges may apply. Please be sure to consult your wireless provider. Sponsor is not responsible for any charges wireless service provider may charge participant. All terms and conditions of Instagram apply. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries are accepted.

WINNER DETERMINATION: The first person to follow the applicable Riddle Photo Series to the final photo and enter the correct codeword for that Riddle Photo Series in the comment section of that final photo, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. In the event no one enters the correct codeword for any Riddle Photo Series, Sponsor reserves the right to not award the applicable prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will send potential winner a message from @Heineken_US on Instagram to the potential winner's Instagram account with instructions on how to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond and comply with the instructions in the message within eight (8) hours after Sponsor sent the message or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner. Potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility in the form of a valid state or federally issued photo ID and/or execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law), which must be returned within three (3) days of date appearing on prize notification. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within the foregoing time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up.

PRIZES (7): Two (2) tickets to the 2013 US Open Men's Singles Final, scheduled to take place at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing, NY, on 9/9/13. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $260 per pair. Total ARV of all prizes: $1820. Travel to/from the event is not included as part of the prize. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by issuer. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winners and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Sponsors not responsible if the US Open is rained out or postponed, or cancelled after ticketing of prize for any reason, in whole or in part. In that event, winner will receive remainder of the prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of US Open ticket portion of prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including transportation and accommodations. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/email address/Instagram account/household.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, United States Tennis Association Incorporated, USTA National Tennis Center Incorporated, the City of New York, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participant's participation in the Challenge or any Challenge-related activity, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or Sponsor's use of the rights granted herein.

PUBLICITY GRANT: By participating, each participant agrees to the use by Sponsor and its designees of his/her name, voice, biographical information, image, photograph (including profile picture, if applicable) and/or likeness for advertising, publicity, promotional and other purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from participant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.

GENERAL CONDITIONS Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled posts, messages, email or postage-due mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Challenge, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Challenge, the announcement of the prizes or in any Challenge-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by app users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in this Challenge or downloading materials from or use of the app. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Challenge or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Challenge be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Challenge and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same Instagram account, the authorized subscriber of the Instagram account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the Instagram account by Instagram.
